My elders! Your youth is in danger

Causes of Pore Lag:
First, less educated people.
Giving preference to personal interest rather than any political or collective work.
•Less focus on girls' education
• To create feelings of revenge in the minds of the youth by narrating stories of killings instead of success
• In today's era, youths are trying to prove themselves as big by putting up bully statuses.
• To be good only in words and not to do anything in practical life
Solution:
• A committee of good (educated, honest and trustworthy people) should be formed who will work day and night for the elimination of collective and personal enmity.
• Those who are in good posts guide and encourage other youths.
All the people of Chiddru should be gathered and motivated. When a political person comes to ask for votes, demands like roads, high school for girls, college for boys, hospital, dispensary, Union council building should be placed in front of him, not a blanket. , pipe, tap and water pump should be requested.
• To create awareness of collective development among the people by conducting small seminars.
• People who are working for improvement should be praised.
• Students should be encouraged to read rather than like bullying statuses۔
In the end, there is a supplication to Allah Almighty
May God descend on my holy land
The flower crop which is not afraid of decay
The flowers that bloom here have been blooming for years
Don't even have time to spend autumn here

۰ انائیں چھوڑ کے اب مسئلے کا حل ڈھونڈو !
مِرے بزرگو ! تمہارا جوان خطرے میں ہے

چھدرو کی پسماندگی کی وجوہات:
•اول بڑے لوگوں کا کم پڑھا لکھا ہونا ۔
•کسی سیاسی سے اجتماعی کام کی بجائے ذاتی مفاد کو ترجیح دینا ۔
•لڑکیوں کی تعلیم پر کم توجہ
•نوجوانوں کو کامیابی کی بجائے قتل و غارت کے قصے سنا کر ان کے ذہن میں بدلا لینے کے جذبات پیدا کرنا
•آج کے دور میں نوجوانوں كا بدمعاشی والے اسٹیٹس لگا کرخود کو بڑا ثابت کرنا ۔
•صرف باتوں تک اچھا بننا عملی زندگی میں کچھ نہ کرنا
حل:
•چهدرو کے اچھے (پڑھے لکھے ،ایماندار اور بااعتماد لوگوں کی کمیٹی بنائی جائے جو اجتماعی اور ذاتی دشمنی کہ خاتمے کے لیئے دن رات محنت کریں ۔
•جو لوگ اچھی پوسٹس پر ہیں دوسرے نوجوانوں کو رہنمائی کریں اور حوصلہ دیں ۔
•چهدرو کے سارے لوگوں کو اکھٹا کرکے موٹیویٹ کیا جاۓ جب کوئی سیاسی ووٹ مانگنے آئے تو اُسکے سامنے روڈ ،لڑکیوں کے لیئے ہائی سکول ،لڑکوں کے لیئے کالج،ہسپتال ،ڈسپنسری ،یونین کونسل کی عمارت جیسی ڈیمانڈ رکھی جائیں نہ کے چوٹی سی سلیپ ،پائپ ،نلکہ اور پانی والا پمپ مانگا جاۓ ۔
•چھوٹے موٹے سیمینارز کرا کے لوگوں میں اجتماعی ترقی کا شعور پیدا کیا جاۓ ۔
•جو لوگ بہتری کے لیئے کام کر رہے ہیں اُن کو داد دی جاۓ ۔
•طالبِ علموں کو بدمعاشی والے اسٹیٹس کی لائک کی بجائے پڑھنے والوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاۓ
آخر میں اللّٰہ تعالٰی سے دعا ہے کہ
۰ خدا کرے میری ارض پاک پر اترے
وہ فصلِ گل جسے اندیشہء زوال نہ ہو
یہاں جو پھول کھلے وہ کِھلا رہے برسوں
یہاں خزاں کو گزرنے کی بھی مجال نہ ہو
