🌱 Introducing Soil, Environment & Climate Consultancy (SCEC)
We are pleased to introduce SCEC—an independent consultancy committed to translating scientific knowledge into practical solutions for sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, and climate resilience.
Our guiding vision is simple:
“Healthy Soils and Healthy Planet”
Agriculture and environmental sustainability are deeply interconnected. Soil degradation, inefficient use of nutrients and water, pollution, biodiversity loss, and climate change require integrated solutions grounded in science and responsive to local needs.
SCEC aims to serve as a bridge between science, policy, and practice—from local farming systems to regional and global sustainability agendas.
Our work will focus on:
• Soil health, fertility, and sustainable nutrient management
• Climate-smart and resilient agriculture
• Environmental sustainability and impact assessment
• Efficient management of land, water, and agricultural resources
• Research design, data analysis, and technical reporting
• Policy advice, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement
We are particularly interested in developing regional and global partnerships with international organizations, UNEP and other United Nations agencies, development partners, not-for-profit organizations, research networks, universities, government agencies, agribusinesses, NGOs, and farming communities.
We welcome opportunities for joint projects, grant writeup, technical assignments, research collaborations, policy dialogue, capacity-building programmes, and multidisciplinary initiatives that connect global knowledge with locally appropriate solutions.
