TILS Peshawar TILS is the brainchild of a group of lawyers determined to revolutionize legal studies in Pakistan.

The Peshawar Campus allows them provides the youth of Peshawar the opportunity to obtain University of London degrees from a recognized teaching center. Years after it came into being, in 2020 The Institute of Legal Studies
(TILS) finally made its long-overdue decision of coming to Peshawar. The Peshawar Campus allows them to not only extend their student network but also provides the youth of Pe

shawar the opportunity to obtain University of London degrees from a Recognised Teaching Centre. TILS campuses have also been recognized by the Education Department and the Higher Education Commission. As students will vouch, TILS prides itself in the excellent faculty that it makes available to its students. Degrees offered:

- LLB (Hons) University of London (3 years)

- CertHE Common Law leading to LLB (Hons) University of London (3 years)

- BSc. Business Administration (BBA Hons) (3 years)

Muhammad Qasim Najam has been appointed as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan under the 2025 clerkship selection. He is one of only two candidates selected from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, marking a notable achievement.

This prestigious appointment reflects Mr. Qasim Najam’s outstanding academic credentials and professional excellence, as well as the rigorous legal training and institutional strength of TILS Peshawar. Supreme Court judicial law clerkships are awarded through a highly competitive process and demand exceptional proficiency in constitutional law, legal research, and judicial analysis.

In addition to this milestone, Muhammad Qasim Najam is widely regarded as one of the finest faculty members at TILS Peshawar, known for his academic insight, mentorship, and dedication to legal education.
