Dear Students.
The academic council and the syndicate of our university in its 106th meeting has decided to award only one Gold Medal at the whole university level to only a single student. Previously, Gold Medal was awarded at the department level to the topper of the respective department. According to this decision, Gold Medal will only be awarded to the student who has the highest marks in the university among all departments (B.sc Hons. Agriculture, DVM, Institute of biotechnology, and genetic engineering, IDS, IBMS). The first position holder at the department level will only get a distinction certificate, and second and third position holders are not even eligible for the distinction certificate. Our university has more than 29 departments at all, having more than 1500 students in a single batch. This new policy is a total injustice towards all the hard-working students who have worked hard to achieve this honor. In all Universities of Pakistan, Gold Medal is given at the department level. This decision of the syndicate has negatively affected the morale of all the hard-working students. Every student is requested to kindly complain against this policy on Citizen Portal. Your single complain means alot to us.

آپ سب سے گزارش کی جاتی ہے کہ سٹیزن پورٹل پے یونیورسٹی کی اس پالیسی کے خلاف شکایت درج کریں۔ جن کو اس ایپ کو استعمال کرنے کا طریقہ نہیں معلوم وہ مندرجہ ذیل ہدایات پے عمل کریں:
1. گوگل پلے پہ جا کے سٹیزن پورٹل سرچ کریں اور ڈاؤنلوڈ کرے۔
2. اپنا اکاؤنٹ بنانے کے لئے اپنی معلومات کا اندراج کرے۔
3. اکاؤنٹ بنانے کے بعد "شکایت" پے کلک کریں۔ اور جمع (+) کے نشان پے کلک کریں۔
4۔ نئو کمپلینٹ پے کلک کریں اور سماجی زمہ داری پے کلک کریں۔
5. ایجوکیشن پے جائے اور "یونیورسٹیاں" پے کلک کریں۔
6. اپنی شکایت کی تفصیل لکھیں اور جمع کر دیں۔
7. آخر میں اپنی شناخت کو چھپانے یا نا چھپانے کا فیصلہ کریں اور شکایت جمع کریں۔
