Job Title: AI & Automation Specialist (n8n / Workflow Automation)
Job Description:
We are looking for an AI and Automation Expert to help streamline and optimize our business processes. Your responsibilities will include designing workflows in n8n, integrating different platforms (such as Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Monday.com, Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.), and leveraging AI tools (OpenAI/ChatGPT, etc.) to build intelligent automations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain end-to-end workflows in n8n.
Integrate APIs and platforms to automate data flows.
Build AI-powered automations (such as resume screening, email drafting, task assistants, etc.) using OpenAI/ChatGPT.
Make workflows scalable and reliable with error handling, logging, and optimization.
Upgrade and improve existing automations for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Computer Science is required.
Proven experience with n8n or other automation tools (Zapier, Make.com).
Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON data handling.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4o, etc.).
Experience integrating Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and CRMs (HubSpot, Close, GHL).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Airtable, Monday.com, or Notion automation.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
Experience in large-scale workflow optimization and error handling.
Office Location: Peshawar
Timing 8 to 6
Salary range: 80k - 120k
