WHEN THE CROW FEELS SICK… IT LOOKS FOR ANTS

Just as you read. When a crow feels unwell, it perches near an ant nest, spreads its wings, stays still, and lets the ants attack it.

They do it for a powerful reason: ants spray its body with formic acid, a substance that acts as a natural antiparasitic. This acid helps the crow eliminate fungi, bacteria, and parasites, allowing it to recover without the need for medicine.

This behavior is called “anting” and has been observed in various bird species. It’s an incredible example of animal self-medication.

خلیل الرحمان قمر نے حالیہ انٹرویو میں کہا کہ پوری انڈسٹری میں نعمان اعجاز وہ واحد شخص ہے جس سے انہیں نفرت ہے. مزید کہا کہ نعمان اعجاز کے بہترین اداکار ہونے سے کوئی اختلاف نہیں لیکن وہ ایک گھٹیا آدمی ہے. ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اسی لئے انہوں نے نعمان کو اپنے لکھے گئے ڈرامے میں ایک گھٹیا آدمی کا کردار دیا تاکہ وہ آسانی سے نبھا سکے. تین سال پہلے دئے گے ایک انٹرویو میں نعمان اعجاز نے خلیل الرحمان قمر کو mentally sick کہا اور یہ بھی کہا کہ خلیل الرحمان میری ہی دریافت تھا جس کے لئے میں شرمندہ ہوں! نعمان کا یہ بھی کہنا تھا کہ خلیل الرحمان شدید complex کا شکار ہیں!
