About GSEA:
The Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) https://gsea.org/ is the premier global competition for students who own and operate a business while attending college or university. Nominees compete against their peers from around the world in a series of local and/or national competitions in the hope of qualifying for the GSEA Global Finals.

Founded in 1998 by Saint Louis University, GSEA is now an Entrepreneurs’ Organization program. EO GSEA supports student entrepreneurs who require much-needed mentorship, recognition and connections to take their businesses to the next level of success.

* Active Enrollment in Universities/College at time of application (full or part-time is acceptable)
* Operating Business for 6 months
* US$500 generated revenue or received US$1,000 in investment at the time of application.
* Undergraduate & Graduate Students are Eligible (Cannot have more than one academic year between programs)
* You should not have been one of the final round competitors from any previous year’s GSEA Global Finals Competition
* The age cap for participation is 30 years of age
* Student represent nation of study or origin

GSEA Pakistan 2022-2023:
Deadline for applicants is 30th December 2022.

After shortlisting, the local semifinals of Lahore will be held on 14th January 2023.
We will have prizes for the top 3 participants who will also automatically be shortlisted for GSEA National Finals.

National-level competition will be held on 11th February 2023 in Lahore and participants from Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Karachi will compete. The winner and first runner up of this event will qualify for Global Finals that will be around May/June. There will be cash prizes at the national level as well.

The National Winner will participate in Global Finals where he/she will essentially compete with the best student-entrepreneurial talent from different countries. The winner of the GSEA Global Finals will get a cash prize of $25,000 and a chance to share his/her business idea in front of successful top entrepreneurs for quality mentorship.
Following are the cash prizes for Global winners:

Winner: US $ 25,000/-
1st Runner Up: US $ 10,000/-
2nd Runner Up: US $ 5,000/-
