At BUHQ, PR Office is responsible for developing social network of BU with other organizations. . It gives all the information related to the current happenings, changes and improvement made in university. It uses the mean of media to improve the relationship between the organizations and audience. PR office is working as an eagle eye covering every single detail of happenings in all campuses of Bahria University. PR office is working as control room between the University and people which enable easy communication to meet the growing requirements of Bahria’s academic and non-academic domain. Public Relation Office covers each aspect of the latest occasions, and provides an exposure to the world using different sources of media such as print media and electronic media. Print Media and Electronic Media include nationwide lists of newspaper companies and News Channels, with whom PR office is interacting with on behalf of Bahria University. PR Office makes arrangements for the coverage and publicity of all events of organized by Bahria University. After events, press releases in bi-lateral languages (Urdu & English) are composed by PR office and dispatched via by hand, Fax and Email etc. It prepares university write-up, profiles and articles for different Newspapers, Educational Magazines and Newsletters. It facilitates and coordinates with media person regarding events happening at Bahria. Advertising Campaign:
Reputation and positive projection of University is dependent on PR office. Office is also responsible for preparing and supervising the production of approved publications of university and publicity of BU through brochures, leaflets, handouts, promotional videos, photograph and multimedia programmes. Working as an Eagle’s Eye:
PR office acts as a bridge between University life cycle and world. It generates true reflection of Bahria University using different modes such as write ups, profiles and articles writings in different educational magazines and Newsletters. PR office serves as the focal person for all media and public relation activities. It serve as a focal Office for all media & public relations activities of the University. Act as linking Network:
PR Office is a linking network between University’s inner life cycle with the outer world by being a source of information for both University’s world and outer world, as it has its wide observing eye on every single happening in Bahria University and Headquarter. PR office covers details of Bahria’s activities which are beneficial for analyzing and making new strategies and introducing new policies along with improvising the old one to organize more Academic and nonacademic activities at Bahria so that Bahria’s environment can be flourish with more and standardized opportunities and exposure.
