100 % agreed 👍. No official residence from govt. No doubt it’s good to colonial regimes and maintain the power and poverty. آقا - غلام
All govt should live in common places just official work their offices enough.
No govt cars 🚘 for privately uses.
Yes for official duty time 🕰️ only. 
Yes need to credible governance and public trusts.
One point is very painful, which treated at the time of retirement of that officers.
Their families not accepted that changes and less privileged which they enjoyed 25 to 35 years with highest, non-manageable levels. His, her families will be in traumas.
Yes only good salaries should pay. Not others privileges.
