DEPARTMENT OF TEACHER EDUCATION HOSTS WELCOME & FAREWELL PARTY 2026 AT THE SHAIKH AYAZ UNIVERSITY, SHIKARPUR
The Department of Teacher Education, The Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Naveed Ahmed Shaikh hosted its distinguished annual Welcome & Farewell Party 2026 for it's students, extending a gracious welcome to the sophomores of B.Ed Batch 2026 and bidding a dignified farewell to the graduating B.Ed Batch 2022.
The auspicious gathering commenced with the soul-stirring recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the recital of the 99 Names of Allah, invoking blessings for the success of the students and the prosperity of the institution.
The event was elegantly presided over by Prof. Dr. Naveed Ahmed Shaikh, Vice Chancellor, The Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur, as Chief Guest.
In his eloquent address, Dr. Shaikh warmly embraced Batch 2026 into the academic fraternity and conveyed profound best wishes to the graduating Batch 2022 as they embark on their professional journeys. He exhorted all students to uphold academic rigor, cultivate a clear career vision, and explore diverse avenues of professional growth. With compelling emphasis, he described discipline and life skills as the twin cornerstones of enduring personal refinement and professional distinction.
As a token of recognition, he presented commemorative shields to the graduates of the B.Ed Batch 2022, honoring their perseverance and academic achievements.
Dr. Nadir Hussain Bhayo, Head of Department, Teacher Education, also addressed the gathering with sincere warmth, he welcomed the incoming cohort and extended heartfelt felicitations to the outgoing scholars, and motivated that put all efforts in your studies and we are standing in your support for studies at your back.
In keeping with the rich cultural ethos of Sindh, traditional Ajraks were reverently presented to the Vice Chancellor by Dr. Nadir Hussain Bhayo, and the distinguished Heads of other departments present. In a reciprocal gesture of respect, the Vice Chancellor also honored Dr. Nadir Hussain Bhayo by presenting him with an Ajrak.
The occasion was further dignified by the presence of Dr. Zulfiqar; Dr. Ishfaque Kalhoro; Mr. Mehboob Golo; Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Magnejo; and esteemed faculty members of the Department of Teacher Education.
A particularly inspiring segment of the ceremony featured accomplished alumni who have earned commendable professional positions. They generously shared their journeys, offered constructive feedback about the Department, and provided invaluable career guidance to current students thereby strengthening the vital bridge between academia and the professional world.
Commemorative group photographs were taken with the Vice Chancellor alongside the alumni, the new B.Ed Batch 2026, the graduating B.Ed Batch 2022, and B.Ed Batches 2023, 2024, and 2025, capturing moments of pride and unity.
The principal purpose of this celebration was to bestow honor upon both the graduating and incoming students, ensuring they experience a profound sense of family, respect, and care within the Department and the University — a sentiment that lies at the heart of our academic culture.
The event was further enlivened by vibrant cultural and recreational presentations, including soulful poetry, expressive tablos, engaging competitions, melodious musical performances, graceful dance, and a ceremonial cake cutting.
The proceedings culminated in the traditional _Hojamalo_ dance, a joyous expression of collective spirit, followed by a gracious lunch for all attendees.
Dr. Nadir Hussain Bhayo extended his sincere commendation to the organizing committee for their meticulous planning and tireless dedication.
Dr. Bhayo also convened an informal session with alumni to deliberate on future collaborations for the continued advancement of students and the Department of Teacher Education.
He concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks to worthy Vice Chancellor for his support and leadership in the event, all guests, faculty members, alumni, and students whose presence elevated the occasion.
The Welcome & Farewell Party 2026 stood as a resplendent testament to the Department’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, cultural preservation, and the cultivation of a vibrant, supportive, and enduring alumni network. It reaffirmed that the Department of Teacher Education is not merely a place of learning, but a nurturing home that shapes character, celebrates achievement, and inspires lifelong belonging.

ٽيچر ايجوڪيشن ڊپارٽمينٽ، دي شيخ اياز يونيورسٽي شڪارپور، پروفيسر ڊاڪٽر نويد احمد شيخ جي بصيرت ڀري سرپرستي هيٺ پنهنجي باوقار سالياني ويلڪم ۽ فيئر ويل پارٽي 2026 جو انعقاد ڪيو. هن محفل ۾ سوفومور بي.ايڊ بيچ 2026 کي نهايت محبت ۽ عزت سان ڀليڪار ڪيو ويو، جڏهن ته گريجوئيٽ ٿيندڙ بي.ايڊ بيچ 2022 کي پروقار طريقي سان الوداع چيو ويو.

تقريب جو هڪ انتهائي متاثر ڪندڙ ۽ الهامي حصو اُهي ايلومنائي هئا جن پيشه ورانه ميدان ۾ قابلِ تعريف ڪاميابيون حاصل ڪيون آهن. هنن پنهنجا زندگيءَ جا سفر ونڊيا، ڊپارٽمينٽ بابت تعميري موٽ ڏني، ۽ موجوده شاگردن کي ڪيريئر جي حوالي سان انمول رهنمائي فراهم ڪئي، جنهن سان تعليمي ۽ پيشه ورانه دنيا جي وچ ۾ اهم پل وڌيڪ مضبوط ٿيو.
وائيس چانسلر سان گڏ ايلومنائي، نئين بي.ايڊ بيچ 2026، گريجوئيٽ بي.ايڊ بيچ 2022، ۽ بي.ايڊ بيچ 2023، 2024، ۽ 2025 جا يادگار گروپ فوٽو ڪڍيا ويا، جن ۾ فخر، يڪجهتي ۽ محبت جا لمحا هميشه لاءِ محفوظ ٿي ويا.

تقريب کي ثقافتي ۽ تفريحي رنگن سان وڌيڪ سينگاريو ويو، جن ۾ دل کي ڇهندڙ شاعري، تاثراتي ٽيبلو، دلچسپ مقابلا، سريلي موسيقي، باوقار ڊانس ۽ ڪيڪ ڪٽڻ جي رسم شامل هئي. ڪارروائي جو اختتام روايتي _هوجمالو_ ڊانس جي اجتماعي خوشيءَ سان ٿيو، جيڪو گڏيل جذبي جو سهڻو اظهار هو، جنهن کانپوءِ سڀني شرڪت ڪندڙن لاءِ پرتپاڪ مانجهاندي جو اهتمام ڪيو ويو.
