گورنمنٹ جناح اسلامیہ گریجویٹ کالج سیالکوٹ میں 16 اپریل 2026 کو اسٹوڈنٹ کیریئر کاؤنسلنگ سینٹر کے باقاعدہ افتتاح کے موقع پر ایک فکر انگیز اور مفید ورکشاپ بعنوان "Mindfulness, Understanding, Practice" منعقد کی گئی۔

اس خصوصی نشست کے مہمانِ خصوصی Prof. Sheikh Saeed تھے، جنہوں نے طلبہ کو ذہنی یکسوئی، خیالات پر قابو پانے اور ذہنی سکون حاصل کرنے کے عملی طریقے اور مشقیں سکھائیں۔ طلبہ نے اس نشست میں بھرپور دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا اور اسے اپنی شخصیت سازی کے لیے نہایت مفید قرار دیا۔
