SABS UNIVERSITY INDUCTED AS A FULL INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER IN GLOBAL NETWORK OF ART AND DESIGN INSTITUTIONS
Jamshoro (November 12, 2025): Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro (SABS) University of Art, Design, and Heritages, Jamshoro, has been inducted as a Full Institutional Member of the C-IDEA International Educator Association (C-IDEA), a distinguished global network connecting leading institutions in art, design, and creative education.
The university’s membership was formally ratified by the C-IDEA General Assembly on October 20, 2025, in Hamburg, Germany, marking a significant milestone in SABS University’s journey toward global academic collaboration and recognition.
This achievement reflects the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Arabella Bhutto, and the dedicated efforts of Chairperson Communication Design Department and Focal Person, Muhammad Saleem.
C-IDEA International Educator Association is an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting art and design education worldwide and was founded in 2018. The association fosters collaboration, research, and knowledge exchange among art and design educators. To date, C-IDEA comprises 147 institutional members across 35 countries, with its board of directors representing nations including the USA, Australia, Germany, China, Canada, Mexico, Türkiye, Poland, Japan, and Denmark.
The induction of SABS University into this prestigious network underscores the institution’s growing international stature and its ongoing commitment to advancing creative education and cultural exchange on a global scale.
