No próximo dia 1 de julho, o IPB recebe a Sessão Prospetiva das Terras de Trás-os-Montes, uma iniciativa que reunirá especialistas, representantes de instituições públicas, autarquias, empresas, academia e comunidade para refletir sobre o futuro, promovendo o desenvolvimento sustentável em contextos locais .

O evento é promovido pela 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐎𝐃𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 em colaboração com o IPB e conta com o apoio da Comunidade Intermunicipal das Terras de Trás-os-Montes e da Câmara Municipal de Bragança.

On July 1, IPB will host the Trás-os-Montes Outlook Session. This initiative will bring together experts, representatives from public institutions, local authorities, businesses, academia and the community to reflect on the future and promote sustainable development in local contexts.

The event is organised by 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐎𝐃𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 in collaboration with IPB and is supported by the Intermunicipal Community of Terras de Trás-os-Montes and Bragança Municipality.

O ciclo de seminários Ano da Alimentação, promovido pelo IPB através do LA-SusTEC, continua já no próximo dia 17 de junho, em Carrazeda de Ansiães.

Esta sessão reunirá investigadores, produtores, empresas e entidades do setor agroalimentar para refletir sobre a valorização dos produtos que marcam a identidade do território, como a maçã, o vinho, o azeite e outros produtos de montanha.

O programa inclui visitas técnicas, palestras, mesa-redonda e momentos de degustação.

This session will bring together researchers, producers, companies and organisations from the agri-food sector to discuss the promotion of products that define the region’s identity, such as apples, wine, olive oil and other mountain products.

The programme includes technical visits, talks, a round-table discussion and tasting sessions.

Foi precisamente sobre essa dimensão humana do cuidado que mais de 200 participantes se reuniram no IPB, no I Congresso Internacional de Espiritualidade em Cuidados Paliativos.

Sob o tema “Finitude, Sentido e Cuidado”, profissionais de saúde, investigadores, docentes e especialistas refletiram sobre temas como a espiritualidade na prática clínica, a comunicação em fim de vida, o sofrimento existencial e os desafios do cuidado em contextos de maior vulnerabilidade. 😷

Uma iniciativa que promoveu a partilha de conhecimento e experiências em torno de uma dimensão essencial do cuidar: a pessoa, na sua totalidade.

It was precisely this human dimension of care that brought together more than 200 participants at the IPB for the 1st International Congress on Spirituality in Palliative Care.

Under the theme “Finitude, Meaning and Care”, healthcare professionals, researchers, academics and specialists reflected on topics such as spirituality in clinical practice, end-of-life communication, existential suffering and the challenges of care in contexts of greater vulnerability. 😷

An initiative that promoted the sharing of knowledge and experiences around an essential dimension of care: the person, in their entirety.

Docentes de Portugal, Itália e África do Sul reuniram-se no IPB para uma semana de formação internacional dedicada aos desafios da educação STEM. 🌍📚

Promovida no âmbito do projeto europeu Ted-SOEP, a iniciativa permitiu refletir sobre inovação pedagógica, educação aberta e utilização responsável da Inteligência Artificial no ensino, através de sessões de trabalho colaborativo, partilha de experiências e desenvolvimento de novas abordagens educativas.

Professors from Portugal, Italy and South Africa gathered at IPB for a week of international training focused on the challenges of STEM education. 🌍📚

Organised as part of the European Ted-SOEP project, the initiative provided an opportunity to reflect on pedagogical innovation, open education, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in teaching through collaborative working sessions, the sharing of experiences, and the development of new educational approaches.
