We warmly welcome our MESPOM group to the IIIEE and Lund University!

This is round 21 of our joint European master. Amazing! After doing the first year at CEU in Vienna and U of Aegean on Lesvos we finally have the team here with us for their third semester. We look forward to work together and have you blend into our wider student group :)

How many hearts and brains does an octopus have? Our classic teambuiding event at Kullen had a twist this year.

The fresh students in the house, b33, proved to be a fantastic group and coped well with all our challenges. Lovely - we had a great time together and the family feeling is there already!

The maritime focus with the octopus came from our b1 alumn Lena who has pivoted her career. After many intense CSO years in industry she has now developed a passion for the seas. She joined the event and led a station - thanks Lena! The significance the oceans is now clear to us all. And we are amazed by the octopus. Go IIIEE :)

Lars emotional about the iiiee - what it has meant to him and how it continues to do so!

We have the privilege to have Lars Hansson as part of the faculty - retired since many years but still on a daily basis actively contributing to the insti, socially and professionally. Caring for students, colleagues, alumni, the iiiee per se and not least the environment - the latter through his profound knowledge of economics. His insights on China and network therein are particularly impressive. One thing is for sure: there is only one Lars Hansson!

Why he got flowers? He just turned 80 🥰🥳🇸🇪
