We are joined by international academics this early fall.
Valerio Coladonato, associate professor in cinema at Sapienza University of Rome on an Erasmus+ visit. His interests include transnational history of Italian cinema, media industries, European cinema and co-productions, stardom and global popular culture, populist narratives and film/TV series, and critical masculinities studies.
And Anna Sipos, who is a PhD student at University of Theatre and Film Arts (SZFE), Budapest, Hungary. Her dissertation project deals with women producers and production managers in the Hungarian film industry, with special attention to institutional change and production cultures. She’ll be visiting SU for dialog and exchange concerning feminist production studies, conditions in the Swedish film industry compared to the Hungarian, etc.
