In the creative industry, technical ability is important, but soft skills are often what set individuals apart in the workplace.​

Resilience, communication, initiative, openness to feedback, and adaptability are qualities that creative professionals continue to value across industries today. In this series, industry leaders share their perspectives on the mindsets and attitudes that help young creatives go further in their careers.​

UAS Bootcamp 2026 is designed to help students and fresh graduates build confidence as they prepare for life after graduation, with sessions exploring career pathways across corporate environments, freelancing, and startups.​

Workshops on Financial Literacy and Contracts & Legal Compliance will also equip you with essential knowledge to support your transition into the working world.

A meaningful showcase of collaboration through music!

We’re pleased to have supported the Campus Rhapsody 2026, presented by Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in collaboration with the Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO), which brought together students and musicians for a meaningful evening of shared music-making at the National Design Centre on 10 April.

Singapore's creative industries have doubled in economic value over the past decade. The sector is growing, but employment rates for fresh graduates are declining. The challenge isn't demand. It's preparation.​

That's why the UAS Career Skills Module integrates industry readiness directly into the student journey, covering personal branding, professional communication, and real-world navigation of the creative sector. Because a great education should end with a great career.​

This year also sees the inaugural Master of Fine Arts, Fine Art (MFA) cohort, conferred by University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) at Nanyang Academy of the Arts (NAFA), presenting their final works alongside fellow graduates.
