NUS Graduate Students’ Society (NUSGSS) is the only official university-level student organization representing all NUS graduate students for more than 31 years. Being a society with more than 10000 members, NUSGSS is a flagship organization led by a core executive committee, aimed at reaching out to every graduate student in the university. The sub-committees of NUSGSS, such as Engineering Gradua

te Students Council (EGSC), Science Graduate Students Council (SGSC), and School of Medicine Graduate Students’ Society (SoM-GSS), work closely with us to serve students in their respective specialization. Every year, NUSGSS organizes around 40 events with active participation of over 6000 graduate students. We have a highly visible presence in and around the campus through the wide range of activities. Through various high profile events, we have displayed our credibility both in and outside NUS.

The last date to submit your documents and fill in the nomination form is 14 August 2026, 11:59 PM.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited for an interview, with the exact date, time, and location to be provided. Applicants who are not shortlisted will be notified via email once the selection process is finalized.

The NUS Graduate Students' Society (NUSGSS) is now recruiting members for the 41st Sub-Executive Committee (AY2026/2027).

If you're passionate about building a more vibrant graduate student community at NUS, this is your opportunity to contribute, develop your leadership skills, and work alongside fellow graduate students to make an impact.

NUSGSS Logo Design Competition 2026

The NUS Graduate Students’ Society (NUSGSS) invites currently enrolled National University of Singapore (NUS) students to participate in the NUSGSS Logo Design Competition 2026. We are seeking a fresh and distinctive logo that reflects the diversity, dynamism, and aspirations of the graduate student community at NUS.
Eligibility
• The competition is open to all currently enrolled NUS students, including undergraduate and graduate students.
• Entries submitted by individuals who are not currently enrolled at NUS will not be considered.
• Each participant may submit one entry only.
Competition Timeline
• Competition Launch: 22 July 2026
• Submission Deadline: August 2, 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT)
• Winner Announcement: Early September, 2026
Prize
🥇 Winning Design: SGD 200 (in cash)
The selected logo may become the official visual identity of NUSGSS and may be featured across its publications, events, merchandise, website, social media platforms, and other communication materials.
