Sustainable Future Food Challenge 2026 🌱
Six Final Year Project teams. One mission: turn food waste into the future of food. 🍽️♻️
The Sustainable Future Food Challenge 2026 (SFFC 2026) a joint initiative by the Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association (SFMA) and Republic Polytechnic (RP) brought together students from the School of Hospitality and School of Applied Science to reimagine what sustainable food innovation can look like. Working together with industry partners from April to August, the teams developed plant-based functional foods, upcycled ingredient innovations and dairy alternatives — all with circular economy practices at the core.
✨ KEY HIGHLIGHTS 🏆
