Students of City University's Department of Marine Science and Fisheries recently conducted a highly successful field ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐€๐›๐š๐ฒ-๐ƒ๐ก๐š๐ก๐š๐ง, ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐›๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ-๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

This initiative offered a firsthand look at the marine environment and its incredible biodiversity, illustrating how interconnected habitatsโ€”from coral reef, seaweeds and seagrass beds to mangrove ecosystemsโ€”support diverse organisms and sustain ecological balance.

Furthermore, the trip provided invaluable technical training, as successfully demonstrated various scientific instruments to analyze water quality parameters and assess the animal distribution.

Additionally, an excellent beach clean-up activity to create awareness among the tourists and community members was accomplished.
