"Core Concept Design อีกอย่างหนึ่ง คือการดึงบรรยากาศคอร์ตยาร์ดกลางบ้านมาใช้ โดยจะมีทั้งการเติมชายคาที่ยื่นออกมา และมีสเต็ปที่ยกขึ้นมาคล้ายเวลาที่เรานั่งห้อยขาลงมายังพื้นที่แลนด์สเคปที่อยู่ตรงกลางบ้าน สะท้อนออกมาเป็นแพตเทิร์นพื้นตรงกลางซึ่งดูแตกต่างจากพื้นที่ส่วนอื่นของร้าน" (ซ้าย) ภูวเดช จันทโสภณโน สถาปนิก จาก AA+A
