Position Customer Service Freight - Senior

Salary range 22,000 – 30,000 THB/Month Depend on Experience.

Job Responsibilities
1 Prepare import, export, cross trade, domestic documents for the assigned shipment of Air, Sea, Land mode.
2 Check the correct information of the assigned shipment and update to customer correctly.
3 Response customer by email, phone, social media upon team instructions for the inquiries related to working scope.
4 follow up the status of the shipment closely and update to the customer without failure.
5 Well Mange the daily task under smart tools and ways.
6 Handle: prepaid, nominated, key account
7 Input cost & selling of each job into the Kamelo system with the correct data
8 update milestone of each job correctly and be disciplined
9 Billing invoice to every customer and in term of company
10 Close the job and manage the task after job done with related party until the shipment is closed.
11 improve skill and performance according to the personal goal in order to achieve the team goal.
Communication
1 Co-ordinate with external party: Supplier, Customer, or any stakeholder who related to the job scope with nice and smooth co-operation.
2 Co-ordinate with the internal party: Sales, Accounting, Operations, or any stakeholder who related to the job scope in the company with nice and smooth co-operation.
3 Co-ordinate with intercompany with nice and closely manage relationship with them.
4 Chanels of the communication are according to the team's policy to response customer with a good service mind.
Team Player
1 Support freight department to get the same direction and goal.
2 Perform own task with visibility and the team can support from anywhere online.

4 Follow freight manager instructions;
1).Operation:
- Verify buying and selling at the time of bookings
- Work with customers, sales, foreign offices, and suppliers to manage sea export bookings in accordance with corporate operating instructions and guidelines in a timely manner
- Addressing consumer inquiries and resolving issues
- Verify that services are rendered in accordance with business policies and client KPIs.
2). Documentation:
- Processing and finishing MB/L & HB/L pick up & release
- Sending shipping instructions to carrier/co-loader
- Issue timely booking confirmations, bill of lading offices, debit notes/invoices to customers and overseas, check all expenses and cost accruals, complete data in the Kamelo system on time, and pre-alert the overseas office
Skills / Experiences
1 Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-35 years old
2 Bachelor’s degree
3 At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping would be advantage.
4 Sea or Air import and export experiences.
5 Good command of English for documentary and email only
6 Have computer skill, well-organized on multiple tasks, hardworking and patience
7 Have serviced mind, solutions person, and able to work under pressure.
8 Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized and able to work as teamwork.
9 Leadership Skill.
