✨ มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการกำหนดทิศทางและแผนพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัย ปีงบประมาณ 2570
🏛️ มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช จัดกิจกรรมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อกำหนดทิศทางและแผนพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัย ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ระหว่างวันที่ 15 – 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมริเวอร์ตัน อัมพวา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารส่วนงาน หัวหน้าภาค หัวหน้าฝ่าย และเจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินงาน เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อร่วมกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมเมืองในอนาคต 🌆
🎯 กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายใต้กรอบวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย “ผู้นำแห่งศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาเมืองและคุณภาพชีวิตของคนเมือง” พร้อมขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ “URBAN EXCELLENCE” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพมหาวิทยาลัยในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลและศาสตร์เขตเมือง 💻🎓 การวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเมือง 🔬🏙️ การบริการวิชาการและบริการสุขภาพที่ตอบสนองต่อสังคมเมือง 🏥 การอนุรักษ์และต่อยอดศิลปวัฒนธรรม 🎭 ตลอดจนการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทั้งในและต่างประเทศด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสมัยใหม่ 🌐🤝
📌 ภายในกิจกรรมวันแรก มีการบรรยายสรุปภาพรวมแผนและการถ่ายทอดยุทธศาสตร์ โดยรองศาสตราจารย์พงษ์ศักดิ์ น้อยพยัคฆ์ อธิการบดี ก่อนเข้าสู่กิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในรูปแบบ Work Breakdown เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นและกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานใน 6 กลุ่มภารกิจสำคัญ ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการและบริการวิชาการ ด้านวิจัยและทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ด้านบริการสุขภาพโรงพยาบาล ด้านงบประมาณและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล พร้อมนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานและข้อเสนอเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกัน 📝📊
🌟 สำหรับวันที่สอง ได้รับเกียรติจากศาสตราจารย์สุรพล นิติไกรพจน์ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช บรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “ความท้าทายใหม่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราชต้องเตรียมพร้อมในอนาคต” เพื่อสะท้อนมุมมองและแนวโน้มการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกยุคดิจิทัล 🌍💡 รวมถึงการบรรยายหัวข้อ “Milestone Strategic Review and The Next Strategic Priorities” โดยอธิการบดี และการประชุม Executive Roundtable ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อเสนอแนะและกำหนดแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยในระยะต่อไป 🤝📈
💙 การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยตามค่านิยม NMU ได้แก่ การสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อสังคม การบริหารจัดการอย่างคล่องตัวและยืดหยุ่น และการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านศาสตร์เขตเมืองเพื่อมนุษยชาติ ตลอดจนสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กร “3L” ได้แก่ รับฟัง (Listen) 👂 เรียนรู้ (Learn) 📚 และร่วมมือ (Liaise) 🤝 อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยสู่การเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมและความยั่งยืน เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตของคนเมืองในอนาคต 🌱🏙️
🎯 Navamindradhiraj University Organizes Strategic Workshop to Define Institutional Direction and Development Plan for Fiscal Year 2027
🏛️ Navamindradhiraj University organized a strategic workshop on institutional direction-setting and development planning for Fiscal Year 2027 during 15–16 May 2026 at Riverton Amphawa Hotel, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province. The event brought together members of the University Council, university executives, administrators from various divisions, heads of departments, heads of units, and operational staff to collaboratively establish strategic directions aligned with the rapidly changing urban landscape and future societal needs. 🌆
✨ The workshop was conducted under the University’s vision of becoming a “Leader in Urban Sciences for the Development of Cities and the Quality of Urban Life,” while advancing the strategic framework of “URBAN EXCELLENCE.” The strategy emphasizes comprehensive institutional development in all dimensions, including the cultivation of graduates equipped with digital competencies and expertise in urban sciences 💻, research and innovation addressing urban challenges 🔬, accessible academic and healthcare services responsive to urban society 🏥, preservation and continuation of arts and cultural heritage 🎭, as well as strengthening national and international collaboration networks through advanced digital technologies 🌐
📌 On the first day, Associate Professor Pongsak Noipayak, President of Navamindradhiraj University, delivered an overview of the University’s strategic plan and implementation framework. Participants then engaged in Work Breakdown workshops designed to facilitate collaborative discussions and operational planning across six key strategic areas: academic affairs and academic services; research and arts and cultural preservation; social and community services; hospital and healthcare services; budgeting and information technology; and human resource management. Each group subsequently presented strategic recommendations and operational approaches for institutional advancement 📝
🌟 On the second day, Professor Surapol Nitikraipot, Chairman of the University Council, delivered a special lecture entitled “New Challenges that Navamindradhiraj University Must Prepare for in the Future,” highlighting emerging trends and strategic considerations amid global digital transformation 🌍 The program also included a session on “Milestone Strategic Review and The Next Strategic Priorities” delivered by the President of the University, followed by an Executive Roundtable discussion with members of the University Council to exchange perspectives and formulate strategic directions for the University’s future development 📈
This workshop reflected the University’s commitment to its NMU core values: Networking for Societal Contributions, Management for Agility and Resilience, and Urban Excellence for Humankind. The event also reinforced the University’s organizational culture known as the “3L Culture” Listen 👂, Learn 📚, and Liaise 🤝 which serves as a fundamental foundation for driving Navamindradhiraj University toward becoming an innovative and sustainable institution dedicated to improving the quality of urban life for future generations 🌱🏙️
