✨วิทยาลัยพยาบาลและสุขภาพ เข้าร่วมอบรมส่งเสริมการจดอนุสิทธิบัตรและสิทธิบัตรระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

📅ระหว่างวันที่ 30 เมษายน – 1 พฤษภาคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ทัศนีย์ อรรถารส คณบดี มอบหมายให้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์อริยา ดีประเสริฐ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ประจำวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมอบรมส่งเสริมการจดอนุสิทธิบัตรและสิทธิบัตรระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
📍ณ โรงแรมอัมพวาน่านอน จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม จัดโดยสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา โดยฝ่ายบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและบ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจ เพื่อสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สามารถต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่นวัตกรรมที่มีคุณค่า และนำไปสู่การจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตรและอนุสิทธิบัตรได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
🔹ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มรกต วรชัยรุ่งเรือง ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มอบหมายให้อาจารย์อทิตยา บัวศรี รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและบ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดการอบรม โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 37 คน
🔹การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณจิราภรณ์ เหลืองไพรินทร์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และทักษะสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการสืบค้นสิทธิบัตร กระบวนการยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตรและอนุสิทธิบัตร ตลอดจนการร่างคำขอให้ถูกต้องตามหลักกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมในการพัฒนาผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเข้าสู่กระบวนการคุ้มครองสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
🔸การดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าวยังสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ได้แก่ SDG 1 การยุติความยากจน ผ่านการส่งเสริมศักยภาพผลงานวิจัยให้สามารถต่อยอดสู่การสร้างรายได้และโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจ, SDG 8 การส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน จากการพัฒนานวัตกรรมสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ และ SDG 9 อุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ผ่านการยกระดับงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการพัฒนานวัตกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน
The College of Nursing and Health Participates in Training on Promoting Petty Patent and Patent Registration at National and International Levels
From April 30 to May 1, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Tassanee Attharos, Dean of the College, assigned Assistant Professor Ariya Deeprasert, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, along with faculty members, to participate in a training program on promoting petty patent and patent registration at both national and international levels.
The training was held at Amphawa Nanon Hotel, Samut Songkhram Province, and organized by the Research and Development Institute of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University through the Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation Unit. The program aimed to support and enhance the capabilities of faculty members, researchers, and innovators by providing knowledge and understanding of intellectual property protection. It also encouraged the development of research into valuable innovations that can be practically registered as patents and petty patents.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Morakot Worachairungruang, Director of the Research and Development Institute, assigned Ms. Atitthaya Buasri, Deputy Director for Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation, to preside over the opening ceremony. A total of 37 participants attended the program.
The training featured Ms. Jiraporn Luangphairin, Director of the Intellectual Property Center at Khon Kaen University, as the keynote speaker. She shared essential knowledge and skills on patent searching, the process of filing patent and petty patent applications, and proper drafting in accordance with legal principles and relevant regulations. This aimed to prepare participants to effectively develop their research and innovations for intellectual property protection.
This project also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:
* SDG 1: No Poverty – by promoting research potential that can generate income and economic opportunities
* SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – by developing innovations for commercial use
* SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – by advancing university research toward intellectual property protection and sustainable innovation development
