🚑 Calling All Future Heroes! 🚑

Abbeville County Emergency Services is excited to host the Abbeville EMS Kids Camp 2026 for children ages 7–11 who are residents of Abbeville County!

📅 Dates: June 15th–19th
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Abbeville County Clemson Extension Office
265 Industrial Park Rd, Abbeville, SC
⚠️ Tuesday’s session will be held at the Erskine Pool

Throughout this fun and educational week, campers will:
✅ Meet and learn from real first responders
✅ Practice basic life-saving skills
✅ Learn how to recognize signs of strokes and heart attacks
✅ Explore fire safety, EMS demonstrations, and more
✅ Participate in water safety training and meet the ACERT team at Erskine Pool on Tuesday!

🍎 A light snack and lunch will be provided daily.

👟 Important Reminders:
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
• Bring swimwear, towels, and sunscreen for Tuesday’s pool day
• If your child cannot swim, please bring a life jacket

Applications are open for the 2026 Learn to Farm Classroom Mini-Grants! This program provides funding to support classroom project that enhance students' understanding of agriculture, farming and food systems.

This year, the SCFB Young Farmers and Ranchers are expanding the program to offer two $500 mini-grants per SC Farm Bureau district. That means we'll award eight mini-grants across the state!
