The Department of Education wants to express our excitement of having two Education students being finalists for the George Nigh Award!

Taylen Middendorf Miller graduated in the Fall of 2026 with a bachelor's in English education and is now teaching English at McLoud High School.

Alyssa Rogers will be graduating this May with a bachelor's in Elementary Education.

The George Nigh Award is a yearly award given to the top graduating ECU senior. The winner will be announced at Commencement on May 15th.
