We are very proud and honored to receive the new OAC Leadership and Engagement Award. While this year’s team is the inaugural recipient of the award, this is very much a program award, and has been a standard set from day one. “It is bigger than us”

Congratulations to Ohio Northern Men's Lacrosse on being named the recipient of the OAC Team Engagement & Leadership Award

The Polar Bears continue to make a meaningful impact both on campus and throughout the Ada community through service, advocacy, and leadership initiatives.

From partnering with local organizations for Toys for Tots drives and community events, to hosting a Think Pink Game supporting breast cancer awareness, and creating the "Stick it to Math Facts Challenge" with Ada Schools, the team consistently demonstrates its commitment to community engagement.

Beyond service, the program has also prioritized building a culture rooted in respect, understanding, and open dialogue through important team conversations centered around listening, empathy, and differing perspectives.

Ohio Northern men's lacrosse truly embodies the spirit of leadership, engagement, and community impact.
