Last Tuesday, we were proud to host the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) SHRM Conference here on campus! 👏
We welcomed a strong turnout of HR professionals from across the CSRA, creating an engaging day of connection, learning, and collaboration.
We were especially proud of our Human Resource Management students, who participated by creating posters highlighting HR professionals throughout the CSRA—including our very own Carla Hayes. A special thank-you to Dr. Ana E. Iglesias, CSRA SHRM board member, whose leadership and dedication were instrumental in bringing this conference to USCA.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the entire CSRA SHRM Board for offering an outstanding lineup of speakers, to Provost Phillip Bridgmon for his warm and welcoming message to our visiting HR representatives, and to Amy Pannenbacker for her exceptional work in organizing and implementing such a successful event.
Thank you to everyone involved in strengthening the connection between our students and the regional HR community.

We were proud to host the Aiken Chamber’s Venture Lab Aiken Workshop on our campus this past Friday!
The workshop saw a great turnout drawing an impressive mix of local entrepreneurs and motivated students.
Thank you to the Aiken Chamber of Commerce for partnering with us and bringing this impactful experience to our campus. We appreciate all who attended and contributed to its success!
