Come to the Murphy Room (CBA 258) to have the academic advising staff answer scheduling questions and help set up your Fall 2014 class schedule. Advisers can review courses and pre-requisites and help you put classes in your carts. Free pizza for attendees!

Need to take 6500:471 Management Project in the fall? If so, you must sign up on the Undergraduate Advising website at www.uakron.edu/cba/uadvising. Click on the “Management Project” button in the upper right hand corner. Complete the form and an advisor will enroll you in the course.

The Office of Multicultural Development invites you to apply to become a Peer Mentor during the 2013/2014 academic year. Mentors are upper-class students who are willing to serve as role models to incoming first-year students and are committed to the success of their peers. The Office of Multicultural Development will be holding an information session on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in Simmons Hall Room 101 for all students who are interested in this program.

REMINDER: The last day to withdrawal from a spring 2013 course is Sunday, March 3, 2013. You can withdrawal from a course on your own in your My Akron account. If you have a questions or concerns, please stop by the CBA Office of Undergraduate Programs during walk-in hours.

Attention CBA Students, a representative from the Career Center will be hosting office hours in the CBA Study Lounge. Alex Toomey will be available on Wednesdays from 2:00 – 5:00. Appointments can focus on a variety of job search needs such as resume and cover letter review, RooLink tutorials, job search strategies and more. Office hours for the reminder of the fall semester will be Nov. 28, December 5th and December. 12th, 2012.
