Our sisters won big at UA’s LIFE Awards! 🌟
The LIFE Awards celebrate UA students and organizations who exemplify leadership, involvement, scholarship, service, and excellence across campus. These awards honor the students who are making a difference in the UA community through their dedication, passion, and commitment to leadership both inside and outside of the classroom.
Megan McCracken received both the Outstanding Sophomore Award and the A-Key Blue Award! The Outstanding Sophomore Award recognizes one student who demonstrate exemplary academic achievement, leadership, involvement, and campus awareness during their second year at UA. Megan was also honored with the A-Key Blue Award, presented to undergraduate students who demonstrate active campus involvement alongside academic success. Within ADPi, Megan serves as our Director of New Member Education. Her involvement continues beyond ADPi, where she is involved in Undergraduate Student Government as the Vice Senate Chair and Senator for the College of Engineering & Polymer Science, American Society of Civil Engineers where she serves as President, Elevate, College of Engineering and Polymer Science Dean’s Team, Gamma Sigma Alpha, Rho Lambda, AK-ROWDIES, Williams Honors College, and UA Ambassadors.
Kylie Cameron received the Richard L. Hansford NRHH Pillar Award! This award recognizes one student who demonstrates the pillars of the National Residence Hall Honorary: service, advocacy, recognition, and leadership. Within ADPi, Kylie serves as our Vice President of Marketing and on the Collegiate Advisory Committee for Alpha Delta Pi Executive Office. Her involvement continues beyond ADPi, where she is involved in the Panhellenic Council as President, Undergraduate Student Government as the Director of Communications and on the University Council Communications Committee, Sorority Social Media as the Vice President of Collaboration & Outreach, the Office of Academic & Retention Support as a Peer Mentor, the Department of Student Life as a Social Media & Marketing Student Assistant & Administrative Desk Student Assistant, Rho Lambda, and the Williams Honors College.
