The atmosphere at 980 Rhodes Avenue was not merely filled with people on Thursday night; it was filled with the Presence of the Lord. The Xi Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. gathered the faithful at The Light Church for a deep, homiletic journey through the "7 Last Words" of Christ.

Led into worship by the dynamic ministry of Bro. Rodney Hubbard and his praise team, the congregation was prepared for a heavy and holy word. Seven brothers—Robinson, Lewis, Cox, Finney, Davenport, Reliford, and Torbert—each handled the sacred text with a precision that moved the house to its feet.

Rev. Dr. William Jerome Blake expedited the evening with a spirit of excellence, ensuring that every prayer and scripture reading served the higher purpose of the "High Aim." As Holy Week continues, the men of Xi Chi remain dedicated to "filling the lamps" of those around them, ensuring that the spirit of Akron remains bright, resilient, and anchored in the Word of God.
