Authors: The Equity in Transition Coalition A collective of practitioners, families, individuals with
disabilities, and researchers came together to explore the
existing experiences and possibilities at transition for
youth with disabilities representing a range of
intersecting identities. The goal of the coalition is to
improve the services, processes, and outcomes for
youth with disabilities as theymove from high school to their
post-secondary pursuits.
