Dear Center for Art & Design Family -
We are very excited to announce Tom Santelli's first book of photography, a unique
collection of images from his early days as a photographer in NYC, which is currently
available for pre-order and will arrive in stores in June 2026! Tom and his team have
worked very hard this past year processing photos, designing layouts, and editing
text, and we can’t wait for you to see the finished book.

As part of our wind up to the finish line, we want to make you
aware of several ways you can be a part of this launch.

It was so wonderful to see so many of our alumni at the CLOSING THOUGHTS exhibition today. I was reminded how wonderful St. Rose students are and why we loved coming to teach every day. If you took photos at the event, please post them! And stay in touch. We have a unique and special community of creatives.

I am so sorry that the College of Saint Rose and made the decision to close. Even though the buildings may be gone, the community can still remain in tack.

Tom and I were so excited to see Katie Laube (Mutz) this past week. Katie is the new Director of Marketing and Communications at MUNSON Museum of Art in Utica, NY. My father and mother both taught at MUNSON/PRATT School of Art for over 35 years and they are both currently in an exhibit at MUNSON that opened Thursday night. Katie did an excellent job of creating the promotional materials for this exhibit that featured my father's work - what a small world we live in! Tom and I were reminded how much we miss all of our students. It was a joy to catch up with Katie and her parents.
