Basic Law Enforcement Training at Stanly Community College Basic Law Enforcement Training at Stanly Community College BLET consists of 36 essential topics, which include lecture and hands on practical exercises.

The program is 624 hours mandated by the NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission. Once the student has completed BLET they will be eligible to sit for the state written exam.
