Building the workforce Stanly County needs. 🔧⚡

Stanly Community College is expanding its plumbing and electrical programs to prepare students for high-demand careers and help address a growing skilled labor shortage in the region.

With $375,000 in support from Golden LEAF, the college is launching a new Plumbing program and expanding its Electrical Systems Technology program. Students gain hands-on training, industry-recognized credentials and opportunities to connect with local employers—all in a new trades facility designed to support their success.
