Good morning CCS Community, today is the last day to get tickets for the United Game, the link will close at 5pm this evening.

The Department of Chicana and Chicano Studies is partnering with United Soccer Team to raise funds. A percentage of the funds from the tickets sales will go to student scholarships.

We hope to see you there!

Dear CCS Community:

Our staff has explored a wonderful fundraising opportunity to benefit students in the form of a scholarship. We will be partnering with NM United Soccer Team to receive a portion of the ticket sales for NM United vs. Phoenix Rising FC. They have reserved the date of October 4, 2026. If we, as a department, commit to buying tickets and attending the game, we can receive funds from ticket sales. We will have a special section for our department at the game.

We encourage you to spread the word.

Here is your discounted ticket link: https://newmexicoutd.group/chicanaostudiesunm26

Please let me us know if you have any questions and I look forward to having you out on October 4th!
