IRB Approved Study: 2510240658

When:
February 6th 12:00 PM
March 27th 12:00 PM
April 9th 5:00 PM

This project will include a series of convenings—panels and talks—alongside IRB-approved interviews. The data collected will be synthesized into top-tier journal publications and a cumulative edited collection. By addressing topics that are often controversial or under discussed such as colorism, immigration, education, health, anti-Black racism, and the history of Black subjects in New Mexico, we aim to illuminate the diverse ways Black subjects define their Blackness and resist the constraints that intra- and extra-group definitions impose.
