Meet Our Newest Member of Phi Omega Omega!
Phi Omega Omega is proud to welcome Chasidy Graham.
Chasidy Graham serves as an Early Childhood Assistant Professor and Director of the Honors College at Morris College. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, a Master of Arts degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore, Maryland, a Master of Education degree from Strayer University in Concord, North Carolina, and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Morris College, Chasidy served as an Early Childhood Adjunct Professor at Voorhees University and worked as an Early Childhood Teacher across multiple school districts. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to student engagement and authentic learning, while supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of her students.
Chasidy is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning at the University of South Carolina. Her thought leadership has also been recognized through publication in the South Carolina ETV Education Blog, where her work, “What is the Praxis Core, and why is it a nightmare for some?” was featured in the February e-newsletter.
She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is inspired by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” Chasidy shares that Karen Hilton-Sanders and Sabrina Mellerson were instrumental in inspiring her to join the Phi Omega Omega Chapter.
We are honored to welcome Chasidy Graham and look forward to the impact she will continue to make in our chapter and community.
