Central Alabama Community College Remembers Beloved Student Kade Senn

With heavy hearts, Central Alabama Community College (CACC) announces the tragic loss of Kade Senn, an extraordinary dual enrollment student from Benjamin Russell High School (BRHS). Kade was pursuing his passion for welding at CACC, leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone he encountered.

Known for his infectious smile, unyielding commitment, and exceptional talent in welding, Kade was not only a promising student but a beacon of positivity. His well-liked personality and genuine kindness made him a beloved figure among his peers, instructors, and the entire college community.

President Jeff Lynn shared his heartfelt thoughts on Kade's passing: "The CACC family is devastated by the loss of Kade. He was a young man of incredible character and ambition. Kade's passion for welding was matched only by his ability to touch the lives of everyone he met. His memory will forever inspire us, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of all fortunate enough to know him."

D.J. James, CACC Welding Instructor, shared: "Kade was consistently praised for his exceptional skill and dedication to the craft and for how he effortlessly encouraged an atmosphere of joy, camaraderie, and collaboration in the workshop. His approachable nature and genuine eagerness to learn and share knowledge made every session with him a memorable experience for peers and mentors alike.”

As we mourn this profound loss, we extend our deepest sympathies to Kade's family, friends, and the entire BRHS community. The legacy he leaves behind will continue to inspire and guide us.
