Goat yoga is back at the ASC farm! Join the Vet Tech Club for a special 45 minute class with Erin Wagener and our goat kids on Sunday March 29. Classes at 12 and 1pm.

Space is limited. Pre-registration is required at https://forms.gle/QjxiQDCamLPpnN9A6

Registration is not complete until you have paid for you class. Venmo or CashApp preferred.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to local animal shelters.

Looking for a practice to grow with, where continuing education and work/life balance is strongly encouraged and supported for all employees? If so, Clifton Park Veterinary Clinic in Clifton Park, NY is currently seeking a part-time or full-time, Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! We are a 1.5 doctor general small animal practice that offers both conventional medicine and surgery, as well as alternative therapies such as acupuncture and laser therapy. Our vision is to be recognized for personalized patient care, client service and compassion. Education, both for the clients and for our employees, is very important to our Vision and Mission.
Position and Qualifications:
LVT’s at Clifton Park Veterinary Clinic are utilized to the fullest of their legal abilities. Their most important job duty is client education. LVT’s are responsible for (but not limited to) implementation of anesthetic protocols, anesthesia monitoring/surgical assistance, dental evaluation and prophylaxis, laboratory services, animal restraint, and medical record keeping. Applicants must be great at customer service, have good phone skills, be willing and interested in learning/continuing education AND also have a fun-loving streak. We pride ourselves on having a positive culture that fosters growth of individuals. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to mentor and train a motivated and personable applicant. Interest I ultrasound is a plus. Some evening hours will be required.

It's time for our fall dog wash! It will be held Sunday September 28 from 10am to 2pm at the Alfred State Farm. Please note the change of location!

Well-behaved and fully vaccinated dogs only, please. No cats. We offer a basic wash, nail trim, and ear cleaning. We are unable to offer grooming.

We got to welcome new students today to the college and introduce the Vet Tech Club and Opt to Adopt to them at the activities fair. The students created a Plinko board for people to try and win a prize. President Steve Mauro even joined in the fun and won himself a couple of cool bracelets!
