Eighth up for Facilities Friday: The Residential Halls 🏘

Soka’s residential halls are interpersonal communities where students grow together as campus residents. Living experiences at Soka are just as meaningful as coursework.

First-year students typically live in Sunrise Hall (300) and Sunset Hall (380) in double rooms, sharing both space and a private bathroom. Upperclassmen live in suites with private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a common room.

All 10 residence halls were named by students and are key-card accessible. Each building includes a shared pantry, living room, multipurpose room with a large-screen TV, printer rooms, and laundry facilities, all included in room and board.

From late-night study sessions and playing pool to lifelong friendships, our residence halls are where campus life truly comes alive.
