Happy to hand off a donation of $300 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to Connor Liam McDonald of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Connor was the winner of the Speech Lab’s first annual Greek Speak competition where members of the GV Greek community compete to win monetary donations for philanthropies.

After a series of brainteasers and totaling all of the coins collected in the Penny Wars thus far, we have our top three rankings after day two of Greek Week 2017!

1st Place: Team Battleship (Alpha Omicron Pi, Gamma Phi Beta, and Kappa Sigma)

2nd Place: Team Mousetrap (Alpha Sigma Alpha and Sigma Pi)

Looking to lead the Community you love? Look no further! The Greek Life Council Application is live!

The Greek Life Council is the governing body for all Fraternities and Sororities at Grand Valley State University. It serves as a way to unify the Greek system by providing funding for events, campus programming, and a venue to come together once a month as leaders to discuss issues facing the Fraternity and Sorority community. Responsibilities include fundraising, planning of Greek Week, hosting service and philanthropic events, and sending out newsletters updating the local and campus information.

The following positions are available for the 2017-18 Academic Year:

-President
-Vice President of Programming
-Vice President of Records

Elections for the new Greek Life Council will be held on Friday, March 24th at 3:00pm. Please plan to attend elections, and deliver a brief introduction of yourself and your reason for applying.

With a magical homecoming ending, the GLC proudly announces that the 2017 Greek Week Director application is live.
