These messages may look official and promise easy pay or flexible hours, but they are often attempts to steal your information. Do not click suspicious links, open unexpected attachments, or share personal information such as your G-Number, passwords, banking details, or Social Security number.

Remember: GVSU will never ask for sensitive personal information via email. If an email seems questionable, report it and delete it immediately. When in doubt, verify job opportunities directly through official GVSU platforms or offices.Stay alert and protect your information!
