Delta Gamma Tau Delta Gamma Tau is a fraternity based off in Alma college. We are a local fraternity looking to promote the values of friendliness, honor, and courtesy.

Delta Gamma Tau is a local fraternity founded in 1939, and is on the campus of Alma college. We strive the promote values such as friendliness, honor, and bravery. For implementing these goals, we work with the local soup kitchen within the Presbyterian church, and host events for the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.

DGT is launching this Fall, a program that will change the way we do philanthropy at Alma. Students and community members can donate returnables (cans or bottles) to our program. This year, the amount will be donated in full to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Gratiot and Montcalm Counties. Before you start thinking that this is just a regular bottle drive, let us tell you why this is different. The donations will be done with a list of donors, meaning that the institution will know who donated what (as if you had donated cash to them), beyond that, our website has a list of donors so you can keep track with your friends of who is donating more so far. We are also working with sponsors to offer some prizes to the top donors of the season. Isn't it awesome? We will start receiving donations on September 4th. Tell your friends! Our next pledge we'd like to introduce is Adam McVay! Adam is a Freshman and is studying Music Education here at Alma. Adam enjoys playing his saxophone and bagpipes in his free time. When asked why he rushed Delta Gamma Tau he said, "I saw a group of guys who wanted to see me succeed both socially and academically. I was going through a rough patch in my life and the brothers took me in and helped me through my hardships. They showed me I really had a home here." Welcome home Adam!

Congratulations to Junior brother Tiago Tokuta De Mesquita for being recognized for his excellence as an RA with the Trent E. Wiederhold Resident Assistant Scholarship Award. Our next pledge we'd like to introduce is Logan Lange! Logan is 18 years old and is a Freshman. He's from Laingsburg Michigan and is studying Business Finance here at Alma college. He is joining Delta Gamma Tau with Ethan Akans as his father. He enjoys playing football for the Alma Scots, collecting comic books, and playing drum set in his free time. When asked why he rushed Delta Gamma Tau Logan said, "Because I saw a strong brotherhood of guys who were always loyal to each other and I really admired that." Welcome to Delta Gamma Tau Logan!

Our next pledge we'd like to introduce is Nick Knudson! Nick is 20 years old and is a sophomore. He is studying Business here at Alma. He plays football for the Alma Scots and enjoys hunting in his free time. When asked why he rushed Delta Gamma Tau Nick said, "Because the guys were super fun and inviting at Holly House my freshman year! I knew from that moment that this was the best fraternity for me." Our first new Pledge we'd like to introduce is John Carl Aloisi! John is 20 years old and is a Sophomore. He is studying accounting here at Alma. He plays football for the Alma Scots and loves to fish in his free time. When asked why he rushed Delta Gamma Tau he said, "Because I knew I felt at home right when I first walked through the door! I came to the house to watch the walking dead with the guys and they were super welcoming and fun!" Welcome home John!
