The 2025-2026 regular season is officially over! From All My Sons last October to this spring's Little Women, thank you to everyone who came out to see a show this season - especially to those who attend our talkback performances, which are more popular than ever! 2025-2026 was definitely a season to remember, and the reviews from our audience surveys agree.

HOW TO UNDERSTAND SHAKESPEARE (FOR THOSE NOT BORN IN THE 16TH CENTURY) with guest artist Amanda Murray

Shakespeare didn’t write for English classrooms – he wrote for the stage! This workshop reveals the secrets to understanding Shakespeare and unlocking the language that separates us from the greatest writer in the English language.

Age Group: 8th graders through high school seniors, including rising 8th graders and seniors who have just graduated.

There is a $25 registration fee to cover supply costs. Financial assistance is available if needed.

Congratulations to our 2026-2027 scholarship recipients, especially Awsten Foster, who was awarded our James Williams Scholarship for Theatrical Excellence at Alvin College's Awards Day ceremony earlier this week!

The James Williams Scholarship is awarded each year to one second-year student who has demonstrated excellence in both theatrical production and scholarship.

Alvin College Drama also offers the Paul Lawson Scholarship to drama and musical theatre majors. Scholarships are still available for incoming drama and musical theatre majors - to request more information and for guidance on becoming a drama or musical theatre major at Alvin College, email [email protected].

Introducing our 2026-2027 season!

AND THEN THERE WERE NONE – by Agatha Christie
Ten strangers are summoned to a remote island. All that the guests have in common are wicked pasts they’re unwilling to reveal and secrets that will seal their fates – for each has been marked for murder. As the weather turns and the group is cut off from the mainland, a bloodbath set to the tune of a nursery rhyme begins.
