CWIB 2026 Graduate, Kat Dillon 🩷

Kat will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business this spring. She has been a member of CWIB for 4 years, having served on the executive team for 3 years as President, Vice President, and Corporate Outreach Chair. When asked about her favorite CWIB memory, Kat picked, “Spring Break trip to Houston and meeting my best friend Jackie!” During her time at ISU, her involvements have also included: Investment Group, SALC, Cyclone Alley, Forte Foundation, Girls Who Invest Scholar, Catt Center Legacy of Heroines Scholar, LAS open option peer mentor, Wall Street Club, BCS Career Assistant, and Research Assistant with the Department of Marketing. She also has interned with Farm Bureau Financial Services, Pella Corporation, and Rockefeller Capital Management. Post-graduation, Kat will be moving back to Chicago to join Rockefeller Capital Management as a Client Associate - Analyst in their Private Wealth division.

We have been so blessed to have you, Kat! Congrats- go do big things!🎓

CWIB 2026 Graduate, Erin Ashdown 🩷

Erin will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and International Business this spring. She has been a member of CWIB for 4 years, having served as the Special Event Chair for 1 year. When asked about the greatest part of her CWIB experience she said, “planning and attending the annual Invest-In Workshops!” During her time at ISU, she has been a part of the honors program and also involved in Supply Chain Management Club where she has served as their secretary. She also has interned with Cargill and Collins Aerospace. Post-graduation, Erin will be joining the Operations Leadership Development Program (Supply Chain Track) with RTX, starting her first rotation in East Hartford, Connecticut.

CWIB 2026 Graduate, Evan Dicker 🩷

Evan will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and International Business this spring. She has been a member of CWIB for 4 years. Evan’s favorite part of CWIB is the peer mentorship program! During her time at ISU, she has also done intramural soccer and sand volleyball and been a part of the finance club. She also has interned with Werner Enterprises and studied abroad in Thailand. Post-graduation, Evan will be taking part in an international logistics internship for POET Bioproducts in Sioux Falls, SD.

CWIB 2026 Graduate, Sam Walton 🩷

Sam will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Accounting this spring. She has been a member of CWIB for 4 years. When asked about the greatest part of her CWIB experience she said, “Meeting some of my best friends at CWIB!”

During her time at ISU, she has also been involved in Ivy Student Council, peer mentoring, healthcare management club, and intramurals. She also has interned with F&G and Forvis Mazars. Post-graduation, Sam will be moving to Columbus, Ohio and working as a healthcare reimbursement consultant with Plante Moran.

CWIB 2026 Graduate, Amanda Thomas 🩷

Amanda will be graduating with a Masters of Business Administration this spring. She has been a member of CWIB for 2 years. When asked about the greatest part of her CWIB experience, she said, “Learning from powerful women!”

During her time at ISU, Amanda competed in both internal and external case competitions, studied abroad in the UK, and was involved with MBASMA. She also worked as a Communication Consultant in the Ivy Writing & Speaking Center and interned with Syngenta. Post-graduation, Amanda will remain in the Ames area to begin her career.

Congrats, Amanda, on this fantastic accomplishment- best of luck in all of your future endeavors 🎓

Another successful semester of the CWIB Professional Development Program! Each semester, CWIB hosts a series of mini workshop events that focus on professional growth and developing skills to set members up for success post-graduation. Each event also provides opportunities to connect with companies, amazing women leaders, and build friendships!

Congrats to those that earned a certificate of completion for the PDP Program. We love to see so many women pursuing growth, opportunities, & friendship!

And a special thank you to Madison Maass, the 25-26 CWIB Professional Development Chair! We are so grateful for all of the coordination and dedication to developing a strong program this spring 💕
