Hey Council Members! Besides it being our last meeting this Thursday the 5th at 6pm...here's a reminder of two events you can be a part of this week 😁

Tomorrow is the FSHN Silent Auction from 5-7:30pm in the LeBaron Foyer!

Also, tomorrow is a chance to join Connect Four in celebrating the seniors from the College of Human Sciences who are GRADUATING this semester!

It'll be in Mackay 118 from 6-7pm. All CHS students are welcome! Use the link below to RSVP.

Last meeting of the year!
We did it! We made it to the end of the semester. The Human Sciences Council only has one meeting left! Be sure to attend our last meeting, tomorrow (Thursday the 25th), at 6 PM in Lago E0164.

Hi everyone!!
Quick reminder that we will be having our third meeting of the semester! The meeting will be at 6 PM in E0164 Lago. At the meeting, we will be holding elections and meeting with our committees.
If you are interested in running for an executive team position, fill out the following survey declaring your interest. Filling out the survey isn't a commitment!

CLUB SPOTLIGHT!!! The Student Dietetic Association (SDA) is a great club within the College of Human Sciences!
SDA is an organization for primarily dietetic students. SDA meets biweekly to listen to registered dietitians and gain information on our career field, including post-graduation options. SDA does volunteer activities that include teaching nutrition to children in after-school programs and leading seminars at 4-H retreats. They also learn about opportunities for leadership and involvement on campus related to our major.
Next Meeting is on April 9 at 7 PM in Carver 205. They will be having a panel with graduating seniors sharing post-graduation plans and internship application advice. There will also be a DESSERT POTLUCK!

CLUB SPOTLIGHT!
Pre-Med Club supports and informs the ISU community about careers in medicine and how to get into the medical field. It's a great club to visit if you are interested in attending medical school or learning more about the profession!

Participate in the first ever April Madness Basketball Tournament to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for pediatric cancer research. The event will be held on Saturday, April 27th.
This event is run by the Physical Education Club. As well as looking for teams, they also looking for volunteers to help run the event.

This Monday (4/1) from 10 AM - 2 PM AMERICORPS is partnering with Protect Children to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month. Volunteers will help with the ribbon tying event. Time shifts are only 30 minutes, and you can sign up for as long as you are able.
