Official Statement from the Student Government Judicial Branch:

After review and consultation with University General Counsel, the Court determined that the impeachment articles related to President Brandt were not content and viewpoint neutral and that further consideration would violate First Amendment protections. The articles have been dismissed and returned to the Senate. No further action will be taken at this time.
