Iowa State University Ambassadors ISU Ambassadors is a student group under Student Gov't that is dedicated to creating a bridge between the students of Iowa State and Iowa legislatures.

ISU Ambassadors is a student lobbyist group under Student Government at Iowa State University. The Director of Ambassadors also serves as an Executive Cabinet member at Iowa State and works to represent all Cyclones at the Capital. At the Iowa Capital, ISU Ambassadors present student interests and concerns to state legislators on a weekly basis, organize Regents’ Day and generally have a felt pres

ence in Des Moines. With the Board of Regents, Ambassadors provide an inside perspective of Iowa State’s needs and concerns. On Campus Events:
Ambassadors plan and organize debates on hot-button issues, open forums between officials up for election and other events to encourage student participation in the political process, such as a mock election or voter registration. ISU Ambassadors not only works towards political ends, but to enhance the professionalism and leadership abilities of all its members. Ambassadors are also hard working students, committed to creating a positive image and strong future for Iowa State University.

Student government elections are coming up! To clarify, all students at Iowa State are already registered through the ISU Registrar Datatbase, but not all students are publicly on the directory. To participate in the elections please check the directory before February 26 and email [email protected] for further questions!
