UMass Students for Reproductive Justice - USRJ Affiliate group of Planned Parenthood. We organize, advocate and educate our communities around issues of reproductive justice and s*xual health.

UMass Students for Reproductive Justice (USRJ) is a chapter of an international organization allied with Planned Parenthood that exists to educate the university community about reproductive health and rights, to translate increased awareness into pro-choice activism on campus and to serve as a coalition partner to state, national and international reproductive rights efforts.In such a liberal sta

te as Massachusetts, the right to and availability of women's reproductive control is taken for granted, given it's wide acceptance. Taking this into account, USRJ seeks to raise awareness of the danger and affects of illegal abortion as well as raise awareness of the various other options concerning reproductive rights, particularly that of using safer s*x practices. USRJ is very femme-positive, s*x-positive group, seeking to open the dialogue around s*x and thus open people's minds and awareness of safer, healthier s*x.
