When working with the factory you will master skills, train hard and get the counseling you need to reach your goals on and off the field. The Factory is a newly founded football training academy in the Orange County area. We specialize in working with youth ages 9-18 as well as college and professional football players. Our program was founded on the principles of providing quality training that
has been proven effective and successful in the highest levels of high school and college competition. Greg Cicero was named an All-American Quarterback while attending Servite High School and Palomar J.C. He signed scholarships to the University of Texas Longhorns out of high school ('97) and Baylor University in 2000, where he started for 3 years. Greg has coached Quarterbacks and/ or Coordinated the Offense at Servite H.S. ('07-'09) and most recently Esperanza H.S. The quarterbacks under his tutelage have set numerous passing records at all three high schools. His quarterbacks have combined to attain 6 - 1st team all league honors and 3 Offensive MVP awards. Greg has blended the teachings of the position from the likes of Steve Clarkson, Darin Slack, Greg Davis, John Mackovic, Tom Craft, Rick Garretson and Bob Cicero into what he believes is a simple and repeatable system that will make the quarterback successful. Greg has a real passion for helping young men achieve their biggest dreams and believes that everyone through passion, effort and intelligence can be a Champion. Mike Crawford has been the Offensive Coordinator at Orange Lutheran for the last 5 years as well as Receiver coach for the last 8. As a prolific 3 year Varsity starter for Orange Lutheran H.S., Mike still holds several school records. Mike attended TCU on a football scholarship after high school, where he earned a starting position as a true freshman and sophomore. Mike then transferred to the University of Nevada, Reno, where he concluded his stellar collegiate career as a starter for the Wolfpack, where he was one of the WAC’s leading receivers. The receivers coached by Mike that played or currently play in College: Anthony Vernaglia (Notre Dame), Brenden Circle(Princeton), Brandon Rohr(Air Force), Austin Pettis(Boise State and now St Louis Rams of the NFL), Blake Ayles(USC/Miami), Cody Smith(Washington and Lee), Scotty Williams(Army, West Point), Gabe Lemon(San Diego State), Davonte Anderson(Stony Brook), Brandon Turner(San Diego State), Phil Taylor(TCU) and Brady Roelofs(University of San Diego).
We are currently meeting every Sunday at Esperanza High School from noon to 3 for group quarterback, receiver, defensive back, and kicker training. Please message us with any questions or to reserve your spot.
